Lime Crime Uniliners (Citreuse, Orchidacious) review and swatches!
Today I am reviewing the two Lime Crime Uniliners I have, Citreuse and Orchidacious.
I'm feeling terribly sick today with the flu so lets keep this short but sweet (:
Citreuse is a neon greenish yellow colour that dries matte and orchidacious is a bright purple with ever so slight shimmer that isn't noticeable when it's on your eyes.
Top: Citreuse. Bottom: Orchidacious
They both come with a thin brush attached to the lid which makes for precise application and I find them very easy to use! I think even for eyeliner beginners these would be great (wish I could find a brush like this for all my liquid eyeliners!!)
Both apply fairly opaque with one layer but a second layer can be applied for full opaqueness. These dry fairly quickly and won't smudge at all!
These brushes are great!
I often use these to add a pop of colour to a mostly natural look and always get compliments!
Face of the day, orchidacious on eyes
(Curse my hooded lids)
The only con I can think of with these is that they do tend to crack a little if applied too thick, but this is easily avoided! I purchased mine on eBay for $17 each and I suppose to some people this price tag would be a con too but I honestly do think they are worth it.
Would I repurchase? Yes!! Not that I think I'll be running out any time soon but I definitely do recommend these to anybody looking for a good quality colored liner.
I hope this helps anybody trying to figure out weather or not to buy these! I say go for it, I'm planing on buying some more colours this week ;)
Thanks for reading! xx

Today's Lime Crime haul! Babette and Geradium lipsticks.
I had been waiting for Babette to appear in my go to shop for Lime Crime products in Australia, Princess Polly ever since it's release day. so naturally when I saw it yesterday I HAD to buy it! And of course being the lipstick junkie I am... I also HAD to grab a 2nd colour while I was at it ;) I ordered both Babette and Geradium yesterday around lunch time and since they offer free express shipping my parcel arrived today! I paid $42 for both of them ($21 each) which for Australia is fairly cheap as far as Lime Crime goes... (Most companies charge a dollar or two more and then shipping on top) as far as I'm concerned they are both beautiful colours, and I will be reviewing them along with the other 3 Lime Crime lippies I own once I've worn both of them! For now, here's some product photos and swatches!
Top: Geradium. Bottom: Babette

I'd Also like to Add that I have made several purchases through Princess Polly and have been more than happy with every single one of them, They have always been quick to respond to all my Email inquiries and in my opinion, their customer service is excellent.
Thanks for reading guys!

Garnier BB cream for oily/combination skin- Review
welcome to my first review!
Today I am reviewing one of my every day products, Garnier BB cream for oily/combination skin!
I'd like to start out by saying I have tried Many Asian BB creams including skin 79, lioele and etude house and while I wouldn't say I hated them... I found most of them were either too Grey, too thick, felt too gross on my skin or were just plain expensive and hard to get. Garnier BB cream for oily/combination skin however, is none of the above. I use the light shade every day instead of foundation and find that it is perfect for me! The coverage is decent but acne prone girls would probably require some concealer underneath (no biggie!) I have VERY oily skin and although this does get oily by the end of the day, it holds up MUCH longer than any other BB cream or foundation I've tried (:
I find it is best applied with a flat top brush and 'buffed' into the face, it can be layered for fuller coverage too and won't feel cakey at all! I set it with powder too for even more oil control ;)
To sum it up, here are the pros and cons!..

An introduction to Me, and what to expect from my blog!
First of all I'd like to say thank you for visiting my blog! This is something I have wanted to start for months now.... But for some reason I'm only getting around to it today! The following post is a little bit about myself and what you can expect me to blog about in the future (:
My Name is Ashlea Hayse and I live in beautiful QLD Australia! I have a pet cat Named Sprinkles and an obsession with beautiful makeup. I love creating new looks, trying new products and sharing my experience with the world! I am not a Makeup artist as such, I have taught MYSELF everything I know and rarely do makeup on anybody but myself.
The Aim of my blog is to share some of my creations with others and to give others my opinion on products I try so that they can make an informed decision about purchasing products themselves! What you can expect from my blog is lots of face/makeup of the days, lots of hints and tips, lots of unbiased product reviews and maybe even some pictorials!
Really looking forward to start posting about the things that make me happy!
